Guests must make their booking through our office at least 10 days prior to their intended travel date.

Once the card is redeemed and the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in and throughout the stay.

The validity of the package cannot be carried forward, extended, or exchanged for cash.

Included meals are limited to Breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner. Any additional food, beverages, or services will be charged as per the hotel's policy.

Local activities, sightseeing tours, permits, entry tickets, transportation, and attraction passes are not included in the package.
